    Kevin the Cat will be returning home to South Carolina tomorrow, ending a 2-year saga that took him all the way to California.

    A routine ag inspection of a U-Haul trailer led to the discovery of the stowaway orange tabby. Although dehydrated, hewas otherwise in good health. He was taken to the Blythe Animal Shelter, where a routine microchip scan revealed that his owner was Cheryl Walls of Anderson, SC.

    Hi again Max! Its Aspen again! I am a tweed. My face is darker. I am really nice and I have a Fishy scents of humor! Well I have also been spayed. But we could still have lots of funn!     Naoto Matsumura is the sole human resident of Tomioka, Japan, a town in the evacuation zone following the Fukushima nuclear disaster of March 2011.

    A mere 8 miles from Fukushima, the town was abandoned as residents fled for nearby shelters. Plenty of non-human life forms were left behind.
