    Last week I did a post about Northwest Battle Buddies,a charity in Battle Ground, WA that gives service dogs to veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

    This week, the Vancouver Columbian reported that the groups foundergavea service dog to a Battle Ground teenager who lost a leg after he was hitat a school bus stop by a car that veered off the road in June 2013.

    An 82-year-old man in Finley, WA said he shot and killed his neighbors puppy because it was about to poop in his yard.

  • Update on Kitsap dog rescue destroyed by windstorm

    I wrote last Friday that the previous nights windstorm destroyed the facility of Rescue Every Dog in Kingston, WA. Yesterday KING 5 ran a story about the groups efforts to recover from the damage.
